..Making up (the missed) fasting in (like) number of other days

Allah’s peace, mercy and His blessings be upon you
Pour beloved precious Imam, give us fatwa about the making-up the days of fasting to whom had a legitimate excuse, is it incumbent upon them (women) to make up the by fasting days which they have to do before passing a year over them?
?What is the expiation for who she is one of them that she did not make up (the missed) days of fasting

My honorable brother the questioner, Allah’s peace be upon you and us with you and all the Muslims, only making up the (missed days) of fasting in (like) number of other days, so if the other Ramadan about to come while the individual almost unable to endure fasting except with extreme hardship then he has to offer an expiation for his fasting, and the redemption is to feed a needy in every day by the number of his days in which he or she broke the fast, a needy in each day. Confirming with the word of Allah the Most High: {And those who find it extremely hard (fasting) it, a redemption by feeding a poor needy.}Truthful Allah the Great [Al-Baqarah] 2:184
{وَعَلَى الَّذِينَ يُطِيقُونَهُ فِدْيَةٌ طَعَامُ مِسْكِينٍ} صدق الله العظيم [البقرة:184].
..And peace be upon the sent ones, and praise be to Allah Lord of the worlds

قضاء الصيام في عِدَّة من أيّام أُخر ..

بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم، وسلامٌ على المُرسَلين والحمدُ للهِ ربِّ العالمين.. سلام الله عليكم ورحمته وبركاته.. إمامنا الحبيب الغالي، أفتنا فى قضاء أيام الصيام لمن كان لهن عذر شرعيٌ، أيتوجب عليهن قضائهن بصيام الأيام التي عليهن قبل مرور العام عليهن؟ وماهى كفارة من كانت منهن لم تقم بقضاء الصيام؟

أخي الكريم السائل، سلام الله عليكم وعلينا معكم وجميع المسلمين، إنّما قضاء الصيام في عِدةٍ من أيّام أُخر، فإذا أوشك رمضان الآخر أن يأتي وهو لا يكاد أن يطيق الصيام إلا بصعوبةٍ بالغةٍ فعليه أن يُقدّم فديةً عن صيامه، والفدية هي أن يطعم في كلّ يومٍ مسكيناً بعدد أيّامه التي أفطر فيها في كلّ يومٍ مسكين، تصديقاً لقول الله تعالى: {وَعَلَى الَّذِينَ يُطِيقُونَهُ فِدْيَةٌ طَعَامُ مِسْكِينٍ} صدق الله العظيم [البقرة:184].
وسلامٌ على المرسَلين، والحمدُ لله ربّ العالمين ..
